The Commander's Beach House is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Please read the confirmation policies completely and carefully.
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. IF YOU WILL BE ARRIVING LATER THAN 6 P.M. PLEASE CALL SO THAT WE MAY MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR A "LATE ARRIVAL TIME."
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
An advance 1 night payment plus tax will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation and receive a payment refund, less a $25.00 processing fee. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some festival events.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made in the form of a gift certificate, valid for 1 year.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
Breakfast is served at 9 a.m. An earlier time or a "to go" breakfast may be arranged with advance notice.
Use of the Commander's Beach House and grounds is reserved for registered guests only, unless prior arrangements are made.
The Commander's Beach House is a smoke free property; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available on the beach. If smoking occurs inside the Commander's Beach House, a $250.00 deodorization fee will be charged to your credit card.
No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.
Well behaved children over 6 years of age are welcome if they have responsible adult supervision at all times and do not impact other guests.
